Unlocking Your Potential with Patrick ShwalukLast year, we evaluated fundamental movement patterns to demonstrate opportunities for improved movement and we found some common weaknesses. While there were some mobility issues most of the opportunities for improvement related to motor control. this year we will discuss the common weaknesses and apply a series of corrective exercises to work on our weaknesses. The exercises focus on the multidirectional mobile ankle, hip and thoracic spine joints. If you want better balance and an improved capacity to tango, this class is for you.
